Machine Operator - Graveyard

Canby OR Full-Time Union Position

Earn over $25/hour and over $80000/year bonuses overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

Pay Progression including wage progression and shift differential:

$21.50/hour starting rate - first 90 days

Average after 90 days $24-28/hour through daily incentive pay

Experienced skilled operators average $30-$40/hour

Additional wage progression over 5 years starting after 90 days ($.67/hour increasing to $2.77/hour)

Additional shift differential: Swing $.50/hour Graveyard $.75/hour

February 2027 guaranteed wage increase and $750 retention bonus

Additional Earnings:

Overtime opportunities

Quarterly bonus up to 4%

Total annual average earnings is over $80000/year many employees earning over $90000/year or more.

Schedule:

Graveyard 11:30 pm - 8:00 am Monday (starts Sunday night) - Friday

Swing 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday

Union employees must be available to work daily overtime (in early or stay over) and weekends as needed.

What Youll Do:

Operate semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries in a fast-paced environment

Make machine adjustments troubleshoot equipment issues and perform operator preventative maintenance

Conduct visual inspections and required quality checks

Operate pallet jacks

Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy keep accurate records of production and defects

Follow all safety quality environmental and production standards

Qualifications:

1 year of assembly or similar experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Basic computer reading writing and math skills

Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed

Ability to stand walk bend lift and work in an industrial environment

Ability to wear required PPE

Successful completion of pre-employment background check physical drug screen and employment eligibility verification
